This slow process of dehydration perfectly preserves our salmon and herring treat without the use of additives or preservatives. Our dehydration process removes almost all of the moisture allowing this treat to be naturally shelf stable for over 2 years. As with all of our products our wild salmon and herring are human-grade and sourced from federally inspected plants. This salmon and herring treat is hand-made in our very own CFIA (Canadian Food Inspection Agency) certified plant located in Richmond, BC Canada.
